Besides the usual visit to Grandma's house on Saturday, I managed to convince my parents to lunch at Eden Sanctuary at Rochester! Luckily, the Sun is not that scorching hot today and its rather breezy the whole day, this makes our trip rather enjoyable...
Guess they really like the lush surrounding, the soothing music and travel mags in the restaurant, most importantly, they like the fact that the food are healthy and organic. We ordered a lot of food: Hibiscus filo, Osmanthus wine tea sorbet, Chicken pie, Eggplant sandwich, Mushroom soup, Olive rose petal rosemary chicken and a pot of fusion tea... We just chilled out...
Well, its our lucky day coz it happens to be their 1st year anniversary, so we were treated to a variety of their lovely cakes [its complimentary!] Quite surprised that the place is only 1-yr old. Hmm, having been there thrice (Nov 08, Feb 09 & May 09), I would really recommend this place to those who loves to be close to nature and those who wanna laze the day away with a pot of nice tea and a variety of healthy food...
